Veel twijfels en angsten komen voort uit een gebrek aan vertrouwen in Hem die in onze behoeften voorziet. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 Timote\u00fcs 6:17-19.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paulus waarschuwt tegen de trots en arrogantie die gepaard gaan met rijkdom. Geld kan gemakkelijk de plaats van God innemen in het hart van de mens. Toch is het niet geld dat ons zekerheid geeft, maar de Heer. We moeten werken om in ons levensonderhoud te voorzien, maar zonder het geld zo lief te hebben dat we God vergeten.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit sluit aan bij Prediker 5:9, dat laat zien dat het najagen van winst is als een regenboog: je kunt ernaar rennen zonder het ooit volledig te bereiken. Rijkdom alleen geeft nooit blijvende voldoening. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De Bijbel leert ons ook dat niets echt van ons is. God is de eigenaar van alle dingen, en wij zijn slechts beheerders van wat Hij ons toevertrouwt. Dit begrijpen brengt innerlijke vrede en bevrijdt ons van de angst om te verliezen.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vrijgevigheid, door middel van tienden en offers, is een gelegenheid om aan God terug te geven wat Hij ons heeft gegeven.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maleachi 3:10.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 Korinti\u00ebrs 9:6-7.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">God belooft degenen te zegenen die Hem vertrouwen, en er staat geschreven dat wie overvloedig zaait, ook overvloedig zal oogsten, want God heeft lief wie met blijdschap geeft.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ten slotte herinnert Jezus ons in Matte\u00fcs 6:31-33 om ons geen zorgen te maken over morgen, maar om eerst het Koninkrijk van God te zoeken.
